2. How Long does the General Production Cycle Need to Wait?
For standard tent structures within 1,000 square meters, the typical customization lead time is 15 working days. Variations in size or specific requirements may affect the production timeline, making it either longer or shorter.
3. What Data is Needed for Custom Clear Span Tent?
You mainly need to provide the specific requirements for the tent’s width, length, and side height. You may also share reference images, and our sales team will offer professional recommendations based on the initial information.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ: One set. However, due to relatively higher unit and shipping costs, we recommend ordering at least one small container or one full container for better cost efficiency.
5. Do you provide on-site installation for the tent structures?
This product is a modular tent structure. Each component is precisely engineered and pre-configured, so customers can easily assemble it themselves by following the installation manual or video instructions.
For large-span tent structures, if the customer specifically requires installation services, you can communicate with us. We can provide paid on-site installation or paid installation guidance based on the specific situation.
How to provide installation instructions-Before the goods arrive, we will provide dedicated product drawings, installation manuals, or installation videos. One-on-one online installation guidance is also available.
6. Can you supply customized tent?
Yes,our factory have own research and development, and we can do OEM/ODM services.Please contact us for more details.
7. How to Transport the Tent?
Due to the relatively long main components of the tent structures, shipping is typically carried out by sea.The shipping time is approximately 30-45 days.
8. What’s Your Payment Method?
Common Payment Terms: 50% deposit and 50% balance to be paid before shipment. Photos and videos will be taken during and after production and shared with the customer.
